prepared360 is the first tool that makes 360°/multisource feedback quick and easy – for you, for the ones you are asking for feedback, and your mentor guiding you through the feedback in a sincere conversation.


For you: Invite feedback providers digitally with just a few clicks, and send the feedback to your mentor once it is ready – the rest of the process is completely automated.
For your feedback providers: Save them time by selecting only the areas of your personality they are confident to provide feedback for. Their feedback is more significant, as they can indicate confidence levels for each applicable question. Also, they have the option to offer feedback anonymously.


For your mentor: Your collected feedback is digitally forwarded to the mentor, who has all your data in one place and can save notes in preparing for the guided feedback conversation with you. At the end of your conversation, you can document one or more learning objectives you agree upon.


For your team: Enhance the personal development of your team in a conscious way using the 21 questions embedded in our app – they are scientifically developed by the IML (Institute for Medical Teaching Bern) and designed for the process to be as lean and impactful as it gets.
